Job summary

CareOne at Sharon is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our assisted living team in Sharon, MA. The role involves coordinating nursing care, implementing and monitoring care plans, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

The position offers a competitive hourly rate and benefits for part-time (22.5+ hours/week) and full-time employees. Candidates must graduate from a credentialed nursing program and hold an active LPN license in the state of practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate from credentialed school of nursing.
• Currently licensed as a nurse in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day coordination and oversight of the nursing process for residents assigned to his or her care.
• Direct and indirect provision of care according to each resident's nursing and medical plan of care and in accordance with state and federal regulations and accepted nursing standards of practice.
• Supervises administratively in the building assigned, Certified Nursing Assistants and licensed nurses of all staff of his/her respective discipline.
• Supervision follows all accepted state and federal guidelines for the respective discipline.
