Job summary

CareOne at Redstone in East Longmeadow, MA seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time or part-time to support residents across long term care, short term rehab, LTACH, and sub-acute settings. Salary ranges from $35.00 to $49.00 per hour depending on experience and shift differential.

The LPN will coordinate and oversee the nursing process, provide care per resident plans, and supervise staff while adhering to state and federal standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate from credentialed school of nursing.
• Certification/Licensure: Currently licensed as a nurse in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day coordination and oversight of the nursing process for residents assigned to his or her care.
• Direct and indirect provision of care according to each resident's nursing and medical plan of care and in accordance with state and federal regulations and accepted nursing standards of practice.
• Supervises administratively in the building assigned, Certified Nursing Assistants and licensed nurses of all staff of his/her respective discipline.
• Supervision follows all accepted state and federal guidelines for the respective discipline.
