Key Responsibilities
- Patient Advocacy: Serve as the patient’s voice by promptly addressing concerns and collaborating with providers for effective resolutions.
- Mastery of Technology: Leverage your expertise in electronic medical records to efficiently manage patient care, documentation, and communication.
- Team Collaboration: Actively participate in daily huddles, ensuring seamless workflows and proactive solutions to patient and scheduling challenges.
- Quality Care Standards: Monitor medical necessity for orders, assist with referrals, and ensure compliance with quality payment incentive programs.
- Patient Education: Conduct engaging and informative education sessions tailored to specific clinic needs.
- Support & Flexibility: Cheerfully assist other units or clinics during shortages and handle additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
Graduate from an approved vocational licensed practical nurse program
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must maintain current, active license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Colorado. Must maintain current BLS certification.
