Job summary

The Primary Health Network is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a full-time role in Mercer County. The position includes clinical and front-desk duties in PHN Mercer Primary Care at 737 Greenville Road, Mercer, PA 16137, with a standard Monday–Friday schedule and no weekends.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school Medical Office Assistant or LPN - and/or two years' experience in a clinical setting
• Infection Control and strong clinical knowledge
• Administering Medication
• Previous venipuncture and injection experience preferred
• Previous experience in calling prescriptions under a providers direction
• Computer proficient

Position Overview

Assists in the provision of comprehensive health care as a member of a team of health care professionals. This individual functions in all areas of the office setting which may include both clinical and front desk duties.

Location and Hours of Position

PHN Mercer Primary Care 737 Greenville Road, Mercer Pa 16137

The general office hours for this position are:

Monday: 8:30am - 5:00pm

Tuesday: 8:30am - 5:00pm

Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm

Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm

NO WEEKENDS

Compensation

Position starts at $20.00, however, PHN recognizes experience, education and site location when determining wage.

Qualifications

Graduate of an approved school Medical Office Assistant or LPN - and/or two years' experience in a clinical setting
