NEPA Community Health Care in Montrose is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our care team. The role features four 10-hour shifts (Mon-Thu), providing direct patient care, triage, and support to primary and behavioral health providers.
You will perform rooming, collect preliminary data, assist in basic exams, maintain patient records, and use electronic medical records. Pennsylvania licensure and a PN program graduate are required; travel between centers may be needed.

Our team of clinical support staff optimizes patient satisfaction, provider time and exam room utilization by effectively managing patient flow throughout the office visit. LPNs participate in the planning, implementation and evaluation of care, working directly with primary and behavioral health care providers to room patients, collect preliminary visit information and test samples, maintain patient records, communicate with patients regarding basic medical procedures and assist in basic examinations. This professional has a well-developed understanding of medical terminology and can multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment while continuing to provide personalized, compassionate service.

Graduate, accredited Practical Nursing program
Active licensure as a Practical Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania
Experience working with electronic medical records
Ability to travel between health centers as needed
2 years of experience in outpatient medical setting
Experience and comfortability with Microsoft Office
Familiarity working in primary care and behavioral health is highly recommended
