The Primary Health Network is seeking a Receptionist to support our New Castle front desk operations. This full-time role handles daily clerical tasks, patient check-ins, and coordinating front-office workflows to ensure smooth patient flow.

Candidates should have at least a high school diploma and one year of healthcare office experience, with strong communication, computer, and phone skills and the ability to work evening hours. NO WEEKENDS guaranteed at locations in Lawrence County.

This person is responsible for performing daily clerical activities within the front office and designated areas related to maintaining smooth patient flow and enforcing reimbursement related procedures as they apply to the front office.

Compensation

Position starts at $16.00 per hour, however, PHN recognizes licensure, experience, education and site location when determining wage.
