Quality Talent Group is recruiting for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in New Jersey for a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. This role offers Full-time, Part-time, and PRN positions with Day, Evening, and Night shifts, plus daily pay options.

As an LPN you will deliver direct nursing care, administer medications and IVs, implement care plans, record vital signs, and support a collaborative care team.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in New Jersey.
• Experience with medication administration and patient care.
• Familiar with EHR and digital charting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in SNF/long-term care.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.

Qualifications:
