Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for roles across full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. You will deliver direct patient care, administer medications, and support care plans in a collaborative, patient-first environment.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of practice.
• Experience with medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation and time-management skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
