Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care in skilled nursing and rehabilitation settings. Full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts are available, with day, evening, night options.

The ideal candidate is licensed in New Jersey, experienced with medication administration, documentation, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Training on EHR and care plans is provided, and daily pay options may be offered.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice (NJ).
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
