Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. The role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN options with day, evening, night, and weekend shifts to fit diverse schedules.

Responsibilities include direct nursing care, medication administration, care plan implementation, and patient education, in a patient-first, team-based setting. New grads are welcome.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
