Job summary

Quality Talent Group is recruiting an an LPN for a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in New York. The role offers full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts (day, evening, night) with flexible scheduling and a patient-first care approach.

Responsibilities include delivering direct nursing care, administering medications, implementing care plans, recording vital signs, and supervising other nurses when needed.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
