Job summary

PurposeCare is seeking a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver skilled nursing visits in patients' homes. The role offers flexible scheduling, lower stress, and meaningful one-on-one patient interactions while supporting a care team focused on holistic home-based care.

The ideal candidate will have an active nursing license, at least 1 year of nursing experience, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks as required in a home health setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active state nursing license.

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Current license with the state Board of Nursing
• 1 year of nursing experience is required
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation
• Ability to successfully complete a background check

$50-$90
