Job summary

PurposeCare in Indiana is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to provide high-quality home health care to our clients in their homes. You will deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing services with flexible scheduling and autonomy in clinical decisions.

Requirements include an active Indiana RN license, at least 1 year of nursing experience (home health and OASIS experience preferred), and the ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Current license with the state Board of Nursing
• 1 year of nursing experience is required - home health and OASIS experience preferred
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
