Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. This posting supports full-time, part-time, and PRN roles with Day, Evening, Night shifts; new grads welcome and daily pay option may be available.

You will deliver direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, use EHR systems, and mentor other staff across long-term and skilled nursing settings.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
