Job summary

Catholic Charities Disabilities Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in New York. In this role you will oversee medical management for residents, assist the RN with records and care plans, and provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Candidates must hold a NYS LPN license and have reliable transportation. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, no on-call, a generous time-off policy, and a supportive, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse license issued by New York State.
• Valid NYS Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• One year of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee medical management of assigned Residential Program & caseload.
• Assist the RN in development and maintenance of records and care plans.
• Keep the RN informed of program needs and any issues regarding the individuals.
• Administer and record prescribed medications following established protocols.
• Provide direct support to the individuals as needed.

As the LPN, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:

• Overseeing the medical management of assigned Residential Program & caseload

Licensed Practical Nurse Minimum Salary:$22.57/hour

Licensed Practical Nurse Maximum Salary:$26.67/hour

Licensed Practical Nurse Schedule: Schedule: M-F flexible schedule, NO on-call expectations, NO evenings, NO weekends, NO mandating, and ALL 17 observed holidays off
