Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Rochester is hiring a per diem Licensed Practical Nurse to support our Family and Community Services program. Under supervision, you will provide medication management and general health and wellness support within the residence, coordinating with medical staff to promote client wellbeing.
This role requires a high school diploma or GED, an active LPN license, and 2–3 years in nursing services; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED and accredited LPN diploma required.
Credentials: Valid Licensed Practical Nurse required
Experience: Two to three years of experience related to nursing services to individuals with mental health, alcoholism, chemical dependency, substance use disorder related services preferred. Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.
Under supervision, provides medication management and offers general health and wellness support. Works collaboratively with other providers in the residence to facilitate client wellness. Maintains confidentiality and ethical standards of relevant governing bodies. Effectively supports ongoing and collaborative communication amongst all program staff and is responsible for ensuring a trauma informed care environment.
