Job summary

Catholic Charities Disabilities Services in New York seeks a Registered Nurse to oversee medication administration, conduct quarterly assessments, and coordinate clinical care for residents.

• One year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversight of medication administration
• Quarterly nursing assessments of all individuals on caseload
• Oversight of medical/clinical case management for the individuals living in the residences, including interacting with community providers, and communicating medical/nursing needs/orders to other members of the team
• Training unlicensed assistive personnel on the medical/nursing/clinical needs of the individuals, and providing direction and education on how to meet those needs
• Using agency's electronic medical record system for documentation purposes

Registered Nurse Schedule: M-F flexible schedule, rotating subject to call
