Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for opportunities across our client network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in New York. Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions with Day, Evening, and Night shifts are available.

We welcome new grads and offer daily pay options along with comprehensive benefits. You will administer medications and IVs as prescribed, deliver direct nursing care, document patient information, and educate families as directed.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• New grads welcome to apply.
• Proficient in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
