Job summary

Quality Talent Group currently seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. The role includes administering medications, monitoring patients, and supporting care plans while collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications include an active LPN license in the practicing state, ability to document accurately, and proficiency with EHR systems. New grads are welcome; day, evening, night, and weekend shifts are available.

• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
