Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in Tennessee. This opportunity offers full-time, part-time, and PRN options with day, evening, and weekend shifts to accommodate your schedule.

You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications and IVs, and help implement individualized care plans while maintaining accurate documentation in EHR systems.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
