Job summary

Quality Talent Group is hiring an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for skilled nursing and long-term care settings. This role offers day, evening, and weekend shifts with Full-time, Part-time, and PRN options. You will deliver direct nursing care and administer medications under supervision.

Ideal candidates hold an active LPN license, are comfortable with EHR/digital charting, and possess strong documentation and communication skills to support patient-centered care and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
