Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a respected long-term care partner with multiple facilities and a reputation for compassionate care. The position offers full-time, part-time, and per diem schedules, flexible shifts, and strong support from leadership.

You will administer medications, perform ADLs, monitor residents, document care, and collaborate with RNs. NJ LPN license required; open to graduates and experienced nurses; generous PTO and benefits

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of New Jersey.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist CNAs with ADLs and routine resident care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document and maintain patient records.
• Observe and report resident health conditions to RNs, supervisors, and physicians.
• Take vital signs and monitor fluid/food intake and output.
• Provide wound care, injections, and IV management.
• Support the admissions process and communicate with the pharmacy for orders.
• Ensure resident safety by reporting incidents, accidents, or skin breakdowns.
