Job summary

Quality Talent Group is assisting a respected long-term care partner in New Jersey in finding a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join their dedicated team.

This role offers competitive pay and flexible scheduling including full-time, part-time, and per diem positions. You will provide direct resident care, administer medications, document records, and collaborate with RNs.

Responsibilities

• Assist CNAs with ADLs and routine resident care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Take vital signs and monitor intake and output.
• Provide wound care, injections, and IV management.
• Support the admissions process and communicate with the pharmacy for orders.
• Ensure resident safety by reporting incidents, accidents, or skin breakdowns.
