• Assist CNAs with ADLs and routine resident care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Accurately document and maintain patient records.

• Take vital signs and monitor intake and output.
• Provide wound care, injections, and IV management.
• Support the admissions process and communicate with pharmacy for orders.
• Ensure resident safety by reporting incidents and skin breakdowns.
