Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our client network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in Morris Plains, NJ. The role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts, with day, evening, and night options to fit varied schedules.

Ideal candidates hold an active LPN license, are comfortable with medication administration and IVs, can document effectively, and work well under supervision with a team.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
