Quality Talent Group is recruiting an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our client’s skilled nursing and long-term care facilities in New York. The role supports direct patient care, medication administration, and care plan implementation.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
