Job summary

Quality Talent Group seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in New York. Flexible options include full-time, part-time, or PRN with day, evening, night, and weekend shifts.

You will provide direct nursing care and uphold patient-first care standards. Responsibilities include administering medications, documenting care, and supporting care plans.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice (NY).
• New grads are encouraged to apply and grow with the team.
• Experience with medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
