Job summary

Iris Cove Health and Rehabilitation in Memphis, TN is seeking compassionate LPNs for full-time 3P-11P and part-time weekend shifts. You will provide nursing care to meet resident needs per standards, administer medications, and collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and other team members to maintain high-quality care and safety.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in State
• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to meet resident needs per standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
• Assist with resident comfort
• Collect samples and monitor catheters; provide wound care
• Keep resident information confidential and adhere to policies and professional standards
• Review patient medical history, charts, and vital signs
• Help coach staff as necessary

What You’ll Do:

Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines

Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion

• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams

• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being

• Assist with resident comfort.

• Collect samples and monitor catheters. Provide wound care.

• Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards.

• Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.

• Help coach staff as necessary.

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in [State]

• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)

• Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome!

• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment
