Job summary

Mulberry Health & Rehabilitation in Franklin, TN is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our long-term care and skilled nursing team. Full-time positions with 12-hour shifts from 6A-6P and 6P-6A offer competitive pay and strong team support, plus daily pay access.

Responsibilities include providing nursing care, administering medications, collaborating with RNs and CNAs, and supporting resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in TN is required or ability to obtain.
• CPR/BLS certification required (or willingness to obtain).
• Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, new grads welcome.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
• Assist with resident comfort.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters. Provide wound care.
• Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards.
• Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Help coach staff as necessary.

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in TN
• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
• Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome!
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment
