Qualifications

• Current LPN license in WA state.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents per standards and orders.
• Administer medications and treatments with care and accuracy.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well‑being.
• Assist with resident comfort.
• Monitor samples and catheters; provide wound care.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow policies and laws.
• Track and review patient history and vital signs.
• Coach and support staff as needed.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
• Assist with resident comfort.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters. Provide wound care.
• Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards.
• Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Help coach staff as necessary.

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in [State]
