As a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) at The Avenue at Lyndhurst, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses. Your duties will include:
Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Providing basic nursing care, including vital sign checks and reporting changes to licensed nurses
Assisting with feeding, toileting, and transferring residents as needed
Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment
Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Current STNA certification
Ability to lift and transfer residents as needed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
