Job summary

River Oaks Health & Rehab in Louisville, KY is hiring compassionate LPNs for full-time or part-time positions on day and night shifts (6:30am-6:30pm and 6:30pm-6:30am). A sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 is offered for a limited time, with hourly pay ranging from $27 to $31 plus applicable shift differentials.

What You’ll Do:

Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines

Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion

• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
• Assist with resident comfort.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters. Provide wound care.
• Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards.
• Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Help coach staff as necessary.

Requirements:

• Current LPN license in [State]
• CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
• Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred, but new grads welcome!
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment
