Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in New Jersey. You will deliver direct nursing care, administer medications, and contribute to individualized care plans in a patient‑centered environment.

This role supports daily operations across day, evening, and night shifts with full-time, part-time, or PRN options. Ideal candidates are team players with strong documentation skills and experience using EHR

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
