Breathitt Health & Rehabilitation in Jackson, KY, is seeking a compassionate LPN to join our patient‑focused team. You will provide direct patient care under RN/physician guidance, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assist with daily activities in a supportive setting.

Qualifications
