The Joseph 'Eddie' Ballard Western Kentucky Veterans Center in Hanson, KY is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct care to Kentucky Veterans, administer medications, document care, and monitor vital signs in a 156-bed long-term care facility.

Qualifications

Description

The Joseph "Eddie" Ballard Western Kentucky Veterans Center is a 156-bed long term care facility located in beautiful Hanson, Kentucky that is committed to serving Kentucky’s Veterans by fostering independence, preserving dignity and providing compassionate care.

We are currently seeking self- motivated, energetic Licensed Practical Nurses who possess the skills, knowledge, and desire to care for Kentucky Veterans.

Here you will be able to provide direct care for our residents by:

• Prepare, administer and document medications
• Perform medical treatments
• Check vital signs
• Follow policies to ensure our residents are care for
• Document all required information
• Assist each resident with their needs

• We offer flexible scheduling, holiday, weekend and shift premiums, and the Veterans Affairs Nurse Loan Repayment Program.
