At Easterseals PORT Health, we’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Opioid Treatment Program in Greenville, NC. As an integral part of our collaborative and supportive team, you will work alongside a team of professionals, all committed to transforming the lives of individuals seeking assistance for mental health and substance use.
The primary purpose of the Nurse is to provide patients with services including screening, medication/prescription management, assisting the treatment team, treatment after-care, and referral services. This position will provide medication and medical assistance to mental health and substance abuse clients. This position will work in collaboration with other clinical professionals to facilitate positive outcomes for our clients. The nursing professional maintains accurate and up to date medical documentation and client medication logs in addition to assisting other staff members in maintaining a therapeutic and healthy clinical environment for all clients.
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 5:45AM – 2:00PM
