Job summary

Easterseals PORT Health in Greenville, NC is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Opioid Treatment Program. This full-time role supports screening, medication management, and collaborative care with our treatment team.

You will maintain accurate medical documentation, assist with after-care, and help connect clients with referrals while upholding a therapeutic and safe clinical environment. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:45 AM–2:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted LPN license to practice in North Carolina.
• Proficiency with EHR systems or technically savvy.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation for work-related travel.
• Prior mental health experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide screening, medication/prescription management, and support for the treatment team.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and client medication logs.
• Assist with treatment after-care and referrals as part of a collaborative care team.

At Easterseals PORT Health, we’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Opioid Treatment Program in Greenville, NC. As an integral part of our collaborative and supportive team, you will work alongside a team of professionals, all committed to transforming the lives of individuals seeking assistance for mental health and substance use.

What You’ll Do

The primary purpose of the Nurse is to provide patients with services including screening, medication/prescription management, assisting the treatment team, treatment after-care, and referral services. This position will provide medication and medical assistance to mental health and substance abuse clients. This position will work in collaboration with other clinical professionals to facilitate positive outcomes for our clients. The nursing professional maintains accurate and up to date medical documentation and client medication logs in addition to assisting other staff members in maintaining a therapeutic and healthy clinical environment for all clients.

Schedule: Monday- Friday, 5:45AM – 2:00PM
