Job summary

Maris Grove by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate clinical care to residents in our Glen Mills neighborhood. The position offers a wage range of $32.00–$40.00 per hour, with evening and night shift differentials and a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing program.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care is preferred.
• Passion to care for seniors and be a strong resident advocate.
• Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Developing relationships with residents and families using a consistent caregiver approach.
• Assessing, observing, and evaluating residents’ clinical condition and documenting findings.
• Updating or modifying care plans to reflect changes in care needs.
• Supervising and leading care associates.
• Administering medications timely, accurately, and according to orders.
• Participating in meetings related to resident outcomes and care.
• Responding to residents, family, or responsible parties in a timely and professional manner.
• Participating in the review of clinical indicators (falls, wounds, nutrition, etc.).
• Other duties as assigned by RN clinical leader

Join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). The LPN is responsible for providing clinical care to residents in the neighborhood according to the nursing standards of practice, board of nursing, and Erickson Senior Living standards.Newly increased wage scale below!

• Shift differentials: Evenings $3.00, Nights $5.00

How you will make an impact:

• Developing relationships with the residents and their families using a consistent caregiver approach supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs and focusing on placing the resident first.
• Assessing, observing, and evaluating resident’s clinical condition, document findings in the resident electronic medical record, and notify the provider and/or RN when necessary.
• Updating or modifying care plans as needed to reflect any changes to a resident’s care and service needs.
• Supervising and leading care associates
• Administering medications timely, accurately, and according to orders.
• Participating in meetings related to resident outcomes and care
• Responding to residents, family, or responsible parties in a timely and professional manner
• Participating in the review of clinical indicator reviews – falls, wounds, nutrition, antipsychotic use, etc.
• Other duties as assigned by RN clinical leader
