Maris Grove by Erickson Senior Living in Glen Mills, PA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide person-centered daily living support and compassionate care for residents. Newly increased wages range from $20.00 to $24.50 per hour, with shift differentials for evenings and nights, and a broad benefits package including health, PTO, 401(k) match, and education assistance.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification for the state where you work.
• Minimum 1 year of CNA experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

How you will make an impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

What you will need

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA/experience preferred
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills required.
