Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our client’s skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in New York. This role offers full-time, part-time, or PRN schedules with day, evening, or night shifts to fit your life.

You’ll deliver direct nursing care, administer medications, record vital signs, and support individualized care plans using EHR systems. New grads welcome; daily pay options and a comprehensive benefits package are available.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
