Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a patient-centered care setting in Purchase, NY. This role offers Full-time, Part-time, and PRN opportunities with Day, Evening, and Night shifts to fit your schedule.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, and contribute to individualized care plans within a skilled nursing and rehabilitation network renowned for quality and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
