Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a client network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in New York. This role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN options with Day, Evening, Night shifts and flexible scheduling.

The ideal candidate is licensed in the state, experienced with medication administration and patient care, and comfortable with EHR/digital charting. We welcome new grads and provide daily pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
