Quality Talent Group is partnering with a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in New Jersey to recruit Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN). The role offers Day, Evening, and Night shifts, with options for full-time, part-time, or PRN engagement.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.

• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed
