Quality Talent Group is seeking an LPN for a role in a network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. The position offers Full-time, Part-time, and PRN shifts with Day, Evening, and Night options. You will deliver direct nursing care, administer medications, and implement individualized care plans in long-term care settings.

Active LPN license required; new grads welcome. Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills are essential, along with EHR proficiency.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
