Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for roles across full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules in our network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. Shifts include Day, Evening, Night with Flexible options to fit staff needs.

Responsibilities include delivering direct nursing care, administering medications, implementing care plans, recording vital signs, and mentoring other staff.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required
