Quality Talent Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. We offer Full-time, Part-time, and PRN options, with Day, Evening, Night shifts and opportunities for new grads to thrive.

This role emphasizes delivering direct nursing care, administering medications, and coordinating individualized care plans with a focus on quality outcomes in a patient-first environment.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.

• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed
