Quality Talent Group is seeking an LPN to join a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. The role offers day, evening, night shifts across full-time, part-time, and PRN, with daily pay option and comprehensive benefits.

You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, document patient progress, and educate staff and families. New grads welcome; state licensure required and opportunities for professional growth available.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed
