Quality Talent Group is recruiting for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers in New York. This role offers Full-time, Part-time, and PRN options with day, evening, and night shifts to fit your schedule.

You will deliver direct nursing care, administer medications, and support individualized care plans. New grads are welcome, with daily pay, flexible schedules, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 1199

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
