Job summary

Quality Talent Group is recruiting a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a trusted network of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. Full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts are available, with Day, Evening, and Night options.

Deliver direct nursing care, administer medications and IVs as prescribed, implement care plans, record vital signs, and supervise other nursing staff when needed. New grads are welcome; we offer competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 1199 Union

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled in medication administration and patient care procedures.
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills.
• Comfortable using EHR and digital charting systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Record vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Supervise and guide other nursing personnel when required.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers as directed.
