Job summary

Merakey is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our IDD team at our Crafton, PA location. The role includes three 12-hour shifts per week with day or overnight options and competitive base pay with optional enhanced pay depending on benefits selection.

Base pay is $29 per hour, with additional bonuses of up to $6 per hour for weekend shifts and higher pay for enhanced schedules. This position supports adults with complex medical needs in a PHMC facility, offering comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with current license in good standing.
• Experience in IDD or adult care settings preferred.
• Ability to work nights and weekend shifts as scheduled.

Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our IDD team in our Crafton, PA location.

Schedule and Compensation

• Monday – Thursday | 2:30 PM – 7:00 AM
• + $4.00 per hour
• Friday | 2:30 PM – 6:00 AM
• + $4.00 per hour
• Saturday 6:30 AM – Monday 7:00 AM
• + $6.00 per hour

Base Pay

• Standard base rate: $29.00 per hour
• Optional Enhanced Pay: + $2.00 per hour (for full-time employees opting out of our primary medical/dental/vision)

Schedule: Three 12 hour shifts per week, day or overnights available.

Responsibilities

Our Licensed Practical Nurse interacts and supports our adults in a variety of potential settings and provides a level of care that enhances the health, safety, dignity, and contentment of every individual served by assisting and training them in the areas of personal care, communication, and social skill development. In addition, most of the people we serve have multiple physical disabilities, extensive medical complications and may require supports for challenging behaviors. This position is located in our PHMC facility that operates as a 45-50 bed location.
