Stillwater Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team in Ohio. You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and help develop care plans with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of Ohio.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems (EMRs) a plus.
